CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS - Charge your gloves before use. Use the included USB cable and plug the small end into the slot located on each glove. Plug the other end into a USB power source. If the indicator light blinks red, the glove is charging. The light will turn solid red when the glove is fully charged
CHARGING ISSUES - If the gloves have issues charging, please follow these steps 1. Keep the gloves in a warm area before use, as cold temperatures may affect battery performance. 2. Charge the gloves for the recommended time of 1 hour & 30 minutes before turning them on. 3. Note that the charging indicator light may take a few minutes to start blinking—please keep the charger connected during this time. 4. Avoid overnight charging, as it may harm the battery or affect product performance
SAFETY, FIT, & QUALITY - If you feel discomfort, stop use immediately. These gloves have a 30 minute auto timer for safety and provide gentle compression depending on your hand size. The width of the gloves at the middle is 6.5”. The heat is centered on the back of the hand and distributed through the glove. Vibration goes through the wrist, fingers, palm, and back of hand. If you have problems charging the gloves or feel that the product has been previously used, contact our customer service.
