Rituals for the Bodymind is for anyone looking for a practical way to enhance their bodymind connectedness. Each exercise is explained with a general description, the purpose of the exercise and a detailed step-by-step description, followed by a commentary about the exercise. Simple line drawings illustrate key positions and movements.
The final chapter provides an overview of the philosophical premise of the book and how that relates to scientific reality.
